📚 What we learned: Sticky elements work for navigation, not for ads. Users tolerate ads that are part of content flow, but resist ads that follow them. Never test sticky ads on mobile again without user opt-in.

📚 What we learned: Don't chase trends that don't match your audience. Voice search is real but not dominant for our niche. Write for humans first.
What We Learned From All These Failures
- User experience > short-term metrics. Almost every failure that hurt UX also hurt long-term metrics.
- More is rarely better. More ads, more posts, more links — all failed when quantity beat quality.
- Context matters. What works for big sites doesn't work for small ones. Our audience and scale are different.
- Automation without oversight fails. Auto-ads, AI content, auto-posting — all underperformed human-involved alternatives.
- Listen to users. Many failures were predictable if we had paid attention to early signals. Bounce rate spikes = something wrong.
- Document failures publicly. It forces honesty and helps others avoid same mistakes. Worth the vulnerability.
